There
are a few decisions you need to make during the sign-up process.
For
charging purposes, records are allocated in blocks of 500. The record count
is the total number of records used in each of the data files; so if you have 50
trademark records, 20 Company name and address records, and 10 Case Management
records, the total record count would be 80 records. The current record
count and the subscription level are displayed on the Main menu. The
data files in the system are:

can subscribe to additional blocks of 500 records at any time.
Each person who plans to access the system needs an individual, personal User ID or login name. There are two security levels available: Users
who can View, Amend and Create records (VAC users) The minimum subscription is for 2 users
The Sign up Wizard leads you through the sign up procedure. Please be sure to make a note of your login name and password.
When you have completed the Sign up Wizard, you can log on to the system and start using it. Please take the time to download the Quick Start Guide and the User Manual, and look through both.
If your existing records are in electronic format (Excel spreadsheet, an Access system or some other format) we can probably convert them into the WebTMS system. We can also load records from some of the public Patent Office sites (USPTO, UK, CTM, WIPO and others) Contact us for more information.
