Pricing: US and International
Configurations
The US and International configurations have different modules, wizards and functionality and have a different pricing structure. The additional features in the International edition include the New Filing Wizard, the Data Import Wizard, Electronic Filing for the UK, CTM and Benelux; CTM and WIPO (IR) handling, and the Registered Designs Module.

For charging purposes, records are allocated in blocks of 500. The minimum subscription is for 500 records and two users. The record count is the total number of records used in each of the data files. The data files are:
Trademark Records
Contracts
Disputes
Assignments
TM Searches
Case Management
Patents
Registered Designs
Companies & Contacts
Other Party Trademarks
Linked or scanned Documents
Cost Tracking records
So if you have 50 trademark records, 20 Company name and address records, 5 linked or scanned documents and 10 Case Management records, the total record count would be 85 records. The current record count and the subscription level are displayed on the Main Menu.
Additional options such as the Client Access Module and the Agent Update Module are charged separately.
The service is billed quarterly in advance and may be cancelled at the end of any quarter.
The WebTMS system is also available for purchase and installation on your own servers.
